Gyvlon Floors - Acoustic Performance

The information on this page details the acoustic performance of different floor constructions which has been verified by independent, accredited test facilities on both a laboratory and site scale.

Please note the acoustic performance can be significantly affected by site practise, particularly poor standards of installation.

This information can be used as a guide for construction of the floor element. Lafarge Gyvlon provide the test data without prejudice , on the understanding that the floors are constructed as detailed and do not accept any responsibility for any claims, consequential loss or in situ performance of the floor as a result of poor workmanship or other factors affecting acoustic performance.
